*hurray and rejoice* I finally got my laptop...well i didnt get a mac. A fujitsu high end lifebook is enough, moreover im not going to do designing in the long run, so this is enough and im happy with it. :D I had a hard time being decisive...."hmm white or pink? The pink is unique...but i love white! And white looks classic! but shall i get the pink one? Hmmm...." So i changed my mind 3 times and i guess the people there were running out of patience. "I'll get the white one......" "Nahh i think i'll get the pink one. :)" Person behind counter "-.- make up your mind"

I'm so happy there are so many people supporting me, telling me to go ahead and follow my dreams. (Thats so good to hear ;) ) I've done abit of research here and there, but ultimately it still boils down to whether i'll be accepted by Melbourne University Law School. Well basically an attorney has many different job scopes in different countries. Lets take US for example, in US a attorney is a common law practitioner whereas a attorney-general is someone that helps the government. In my case, i want to be more of a criminal defense lawyer. I believe there are alot of people out there who are convicted wrongly and there are many of whom are not given a chance to make an appeal because of (in some cases) money/power hungry people. Some attorneys also deals with corruption cases like i believe we've heard of many lawyers that run away with their client's money etc etc.....
See these are the many things that actually happen in life and many of us do not actually know whats happening. Perhaps that recent "dramatic episode" really did make my determination stronger but thinking about my personal traits.....i really do like to argue over facts dont i? :D
There are situations in life where a person has no choice in the matter whether to commit a crime or not. The situation may be a matter of life or death, and the reason for self preservation will be the key for a good defense.

Right now, i guess i'll have to work hard to get a good GPA (it may come in handy right....) and improve on my english.....get prepared of the LSAT test!! Ive done afew LSAT prep tests and they dont seem as easy as i thought it would be (duhh)... There are alot of logical reasoning, analytical reasoning and its more like a complex brain game..... its like sudoku in words.... :O Its like the-killing-of-brain-cells-game. :D Well, give me all the luck you've got! I surely hope i can get into a law school and graduate with a law degree in lets say 8 years later! :D
I've made up my mind.....its a long route (hard it may seem) but well, i'll do my best! :D
2 more days to BUDDY DAY! Arent you people excited! ^^
Actually.....i have to thank PSB for making me even more interested in studying Law and becomming a criminal defense lawyer. All the while i have been blinded by the fact that its impossible to get into NUS faculty of law through poly.... (you see i was comtemplating between VSCMD as first choice or Law and management as first choice) However last night i went to read up on it and i realised that even with a diploma in law and management i can actually be a paralegal excutive or a paralegal staff in any law firms. And in TP we have attachments and internship in Singapore's best law firms. I sure did regret my decision but fear not, i still have another door open for me right? Its just a longer route. And people say whether longer route or shorter route, ultimately the aim is to reach your goal. :)
Thank You psb for making me read up more on all these stuffs because if not for you, i'd still be blinded over the 1% probability. You've also made me even more determined to help others who are wrongly accused of. You've made me so determined to make sure i become a lawyer when i grow up. :D It was a feirce battle, but well, it led me to something new, something clearer. :D GEE its a blessing in disguise.
Hurray ive also found out that what im planning to do.....IS POSSIBLE! Because most law schools dont need any prerequisite courses requirement....so all i need is.....GPA+english proficiency tes+LSAT+ 850 worded essay on my personal history which includes CCA, CIP etc etc! I was asking advice on those kind of lawyers forum....ah some kind of forum la and ive gotten great advice! SO GO GO GO SABRINA! I CAN DO IT! :D

I dont know whats with all that "told you she's in denial" crap -.- *eyes ROLLS* What am i denying? That my life is seriously TOO AWESOME? What am i in denial? That im so GREAT that haters have to put me down? :D Who cares? SABRINA! Im happy with EVERYTHING. I have a great plan ahead of me, great goals, great buddies, awesome family... Clearly others dont understand what they are talking about. LIFE IS GREAT! Live on and appreciate everything that i have now! MELBOURNE IM GOING OVER THERE! ^^
