DRAINED......TOTALLY

Met andrew, noel and jon today for some draining session. You cant run for crap when you havent been training for dont know how many china months. I think i only made 4 successful rounds..... IM so drained out..... yucks. Feels like a loser.


HAHA. OH NO. I think half way through the marathon on the 14th, i will rent a bike or something. How to survive 5 clicks if i already feel like dying afer 2.4? This is so bad.
