OH MY GOODNESS. CHANNING TATUM IS JUST SO AWESOMELY HOT.
TEEHEE!
Im sorry i just had to spam my blog with more Channing Tatum photos! HE IS SO HOT!!!!! :D OMG.
I had my manicure done today with JO and met mom for a movie -Dear John.
Alright heres some suggestions.
+If you have read the book, the movie is definitely going to be an utter disappointment.
+If you hadn't read the book, watch the movie. Itd be great. Its just that there are some parts that are rather.....what i amy say, dry?
+If you are a ultimate Channing Tatum fan (like myself), dont miss the movie. Grab tickets the moment the sun shines tomorrow.
+If you are going for a date, watch this movie. Sure to bring you to tears like how the book AND the movie did to me.
All in all, i'd recommend people to buy a dvd or rent it one day and watch it on a comfy couch with a group of awesome buddies and savour some ben&jerrys or something. But if you are totally crazy (again, like myself), go grab tickets and catch Channing Tatum on a huge hige screen! Cuddle up to the person next to you and squeal over the fact that Channing is taking off his shirt surfing, or kissing amanda seyfried!!
The movie, to me, is an utter disappointment. If i were to rate it, it'd be like 50-50?
The cast is awesome. CHANNING TATUM, amanda seyfried.....
However i was quite disappointed over the fact that they changed majority of what was in the book and added some "anonymous-whatever" into the movie.
IN CASE YOURE GOING TO CATCH IT SOON, DO NOT READ WHAT'S BELOW. IT MAY BE WHAT YOU CALL, A SPOILER.
In the book, savannah was supposed to have cancer.
But in the movie, SHE DID NOT!
In the book, savannah was supposed to be with her best friend, Mike or something (cant remember his name).
But in the movie, she got married to some neighbour that already had an autistic son.
(There werent even such a neighbour in the book)
And so they made it like a happy ending whereby Tim (the neighbour) died and savannah and John got together again. (WTH?)
There were alot of stuffs that they took off and added weird stuffs.
It still made me cried though, when the father died.
What i may suggest is, read the book! Definitely a great great book! Nicholas Sparks writes awesome novels and its something you should spare afew minutes for. :D And not the movie.
